- System, tablet and rim clamps: The IWA500T package includes the alignment system, a 10.1-inch MaxiALIGN tablet, Bluetooth MaxiVCI V200 and four rim clamps with positioning targets. The storage cabinet is not included; it is supplied with the IWA500ACT package.
- Core alignment measurements: Measure camber, caster, toe and thrust angle, with additional measurement and adjustment functions available for supported vehicles and procedures.
- Guided adjustments: Follow on-screen instructions and live measurement feedback. Supported functions include MaxiToe, wheel-off adjustment, raised-vehicle adjustment and steering angle sensor calibration.

- Documented alignment results: Create pre- and post-alignment reports to record measurements, verify adjustments and explain the completed service to customers.
The IWA500T is a wheel alignment system. Camera and radar ADAS calibration procedures require the applicable calibration frame, targets, software and related equipment separately. Vehicle coverage and available functions vary by vehicle and installed software.

A Dedicated Wheel Alignment Package
The Autel MaxiALIGN IWA500T US Version combines a mobile alignment frame with a dedicated 10.1-inch tablet, Bluetooth MaxiVCI V200 and four rim clamps with positioning targets.
This package is designed for shops adding wheel alignment capability or replacing an existing alignment system. The storage cabinet is not included in the IWA500T package; choose IWA500ACT if you need the cabinet configuration.
Guided Setup and Alignment
Follow graphical instructions through preparation, measurement and adjustment. The tablet brings setup guidance and alignment information together so technicians can work through the required procedure in sequence.
Real-time measurement feedback helps technicians monitor changes during supported adjustments. Vehicle-specific instructions and the required preparation steps remain essential to the alignment process.
Clear Alignment Measurements
View camber, caster, toe and thrust angle alongside the applicable vehicle specifications. The measurement display uses color-coded values to help technicians identify readings that require attention.
The IWA500 also supports additional measurements, including rolling diameter and symmetry values. Available measurements and adjustment procedures depend on the vehicle and selected workflow.
Adjustment Functions for Demanding Jobs
MaxiToe provides a guided toe-adjustment workflow to help center the steering wheel without a steering wheel holder when the function is supported by the vehicle and procedure.
Wheel-off and raised-vehicle adjustment modes help technicians work with supported vehicles where conventional access is restricted. Confirm the functions required for your target vehicles before ordering.
Mobile Frame with Crossbar Height Tracking
The mobile frame can be repositioned between suitable service bays. Automatic crossbar height tracking helps maintain target visibility as the vehicle moves with the lift.
Bay-to-bay mobility does not remove the need for a suitable working area, level surfaces and the equipment specified by the alignment procedure. Check your lift model and available space before choosing a configuration.
Reports That Document the Work
Generate pre- and post-alignment reports to document measured values and the results of adjustments. Reports help technicians explain the completed work and retain a record of the alignment service.
Save, print or share supported reports digitally. The example shows the Autel Reports interface; available report content depends on the vehicle, procedure and installed software.
Confirm your setup before ordering. Email support@autel-us.com with your lift make and model, available bay dimensions, target vehicles and required functions. ADAS camera and radar calibration require the applicable calibration equipment and software separately.

Vehicle Coverage & Function Availability
The Autel IWA500T is a dedicated wheel alignment system for professional workshops. Autel publishes coverage for U.S., Asian and European vehicles from 1975 to current production. Confirm the specific vehicle and required procedure before purchase; this coverage statement does not mean every function is available on every vehicle.
| Application | What to Confirm |
|---|---|
| Vehicle identification & alignment specifications | Confirm the year, make, model and configuration of the vehicles you intend to service against the available alignment database. |
| Alignment measurements | Camber, caster, toe and thrust angle are core measurements. Additional measurements and adjustment workflows depend on the selected vehicle and procedure. |
| Advanced adjustment functions | Confirm availability of MaxiToe, wheel-off adjustment, raised-vehicle adjustment and other required functions for your target vehicles. |
| SAS & post-alignment tasks | Steering angle sensor calibration and other supported diagnostic tasks depend on the vehicle and software. Follow the required VCI connection and vehicle-specific procedure. |

Check Your Workshop Setup
- Lift and working space: Provide your lift make and model, available bay dimensions and working clearance so the setup can be reviewed against the applicable installation and alignment requirements.
- Floor and positioning: A mobile frame can move between suitable bays, but the working surface and equipment positions must still meet the alignment procedure. Mobility does not make every open bay suitable.
- Wheel clamps: This listing supplies four rim clamps with positioning targets. Do not assume that an alternative tire-clamp configuration is included.
- Additional accessories: Some vehicle procedures require additional equipment, such as an appropriate inclinometer. Confirm any required accessories and whether they are included or sold separately before ordering.

Autel IWA500T FAQs
Check package contents, workshop requirements and vehicle compatibility before choosing your IWA500T configuration.
Q1. What is the difference between IWA500T and IWA500ACT?
The IWA500T includes the alignment system, MaxiALIGN tablet, Bluetooth MaxiVCI V200 and four rim clamps with positioning targets. IWA500ACT adds a storage cabinet. Choose according to your workshop’s storage needs; the cabinet does not by itself establish a difference in alignment capability.
Q2. Does IWA500T include a tablet, or can I use my existing Autel tablet?
A dedicated 10.1-inch MaxiALIGN IWA500 tablet is included. Do not assume another MaxiSYS tablet can replace it. Before planning to use existing equipment, email support@autel-us.com with its exact model and software details so we can help check compatibility.
Q3. Will IWA500T work with my current lift and available bay space?
Compatibility depends on your lift, working space, surface conditions and the required alignment procedure. A mobile frame does not make every open bay suitable.
Before ordering, email support@autel-us.com with your lift make and model, bay dimensions and working clearance. Photos of the intended setup can also help us review the configuration.
Q4. Can IWA500T perform ADAS camera and radar calibration?
IWA500T is a dedicated wheel alignment package. Completing camera or radar calibration requires the applicable ADAS calibration frame, targets, software and related equipment separately. The appearance of an ADAS option in an example screen does not mean the required calibration equipment is included.
If you need both services, contact support@autel-us.com before purchase so we can help compare suitable configurations.
Q5. Are tire clamps, an inclinometer and other accessories included?
This listing includes four rim clamps and four positioning targets. An alternative tire-clamp configuration and optional accessories are not included in the listed package.
Some vehicle procedures require additional equipment, such as an appropriate inclinometer. Check the What’s Included section and confirm any procedure-specific accessories before ordering.
Q6. Does IWA500T support every vehicle and all advanced alignment functions?
No. Autel publishes broad U.S., Asian and European vehicle coverage, but individual measurements and functions depend on the vehicle, configuration and installed software. Coverage of a brand does not guarantee every function for every model.
Before purchase, email support@autel-us.com with the vehicle year, make, model and required functions, such as MaxiToe, wheel-off adjustment or steering angle sensor calibration.
Q7. Can I move IWA500T between service bays?
Yes. The mobile alignment frame can be repositioned between suitable service bays. Each setup must still meet the applicable surface, clearance, positioning and operating requirements. Follow Autel’s preparation instructions after moving or reassembling the equipment.
Q8. What software updates, warranty and setup support are included?
Autel lists one year of tablet software updates and a one-year limited warranty. Its IWA500T product page also lists virtual setup and onboarding training.
Before ordering, contact support@autel-us.com to confirm the arrangements for your order, renewal options and any installation or training services you require. In-shop installation or training should not be assumed to be included.
